Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join our office based in March, to provide admin support.


Due to the continued growth within the business, there is a need to bring in an Stock Admin Assistant to support our office team.

Core hours are primarily Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30 with half an hour unpaid lunch.

Weekend and weekday overtime may be required on a rota basis, any such overtime is payable at an overtime rate.


You will be required to maintain and update accurate information on various data base systems, you will need the ability to communicate with customers effectively, handle queries confidently and always maintain confidentiality to enable the company to deliver a customer focused, high quality service.


The Stock Admin team is responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the business and are first point of call for any enquiries.

You will be part of a small but essential team within the Cold Store Office working alongside management.

You may be expected to support our Thetford site occasionally for holiday or sickness cover and so a Full UK driving licence is desirable.
