Due to an increased workload within the department, we are recruiting an Office Administrator to join and support the existing team within this busy working environment.

They must be able to work under pressure and have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PDF's

The role will include many of the following:

  • Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases;
  • Devising and maintaining office systems;
  • Booking rooms and conference facilities;
  • Assistant with onboarding of new staff and off boarding leavers including deductions
  • Ordering and issuing company assets such as laptops and phones
  • Booking external training courses
  • Makes sure accounts are aware of any deductions for missed/ failed training.
  • Fleet management, including booking in services, accident claims, route logs;
  • Support other departments during staff holiday periods;
  • Managing and maintaining budgets;
  • Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;
  • Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computerbased information;
  • Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.
  • Updating training matrix and booking of training courses as required/directed
  • Arranging repairs and recalibration of company equipment

Key Skills & Knowledge:

  • Minimum 1 years' experience working in a similar role
  • Advanced excel skills and computer knowledge is essential.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Problem solving
  • Can work well under pressure.
Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm

£23k-£25k pa
