A Commercial Property Solicitor role has arisen at a long standing and highly reputable Shropshire-based firm, to be based at their Shrewsbury office.

This is a full-time, permanent position that offers free car parking, hybrid working, and progressionto directorship.
The current Commercial Property department is comprised of a legal director, two solicitors and three support staff.

The caseload encompasses all aspects of Commercial Property ranging from short business leases and refinancing projects to complex commercialdevelopments for property developers, developers, companies, and individuals.

The firm itself has a high staff retention rate and longstanding team members, which gives an indication of the working environment.
