Customer Service Administrator - Richmond - fully office based - permanent - Monday-Friday - up to £28000
As an established, growing company the role of Customer Service Administrator is an integral part of the business.

You will enjoy working as part of a small, successful team in Central Richmond offices near Richmond station and close to the town centre.


The company was established over 10 years ago and is an approved installer of a number of renewable products including the energy sector.

They recognise the importance of building strong relationships with clients, partners and staff and pride themselves on how successfully they achieve this.

As Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Co-ordinating, scheduling and planning of engineer's diaries
  • Booking follow up work and liaising with the Client
  • General administrative duties
  • Database management and inputting
  • Ordering parts
  • Have experience of working with scheduling of engineers, for repairs, callouts, maintenance and service appointments in any industry
  • Have worked within an office environment that requires telephone support, database management and general office support duties.


In return the Customer Service Administrator will receive a basic salary of up to £28,000 (dependant on experience) and pension.

Working hours of 8-4 and 9-5 on rotation.
