We are recruiting for an experienced Qualified Property Solicitor to join the Residential Property department of an established leading Private Practice Law firm in Farnham.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor to join an established Law firm in Surrey with excellent opportunities for career progression.


What are the day-to-day duties of the Solicitor role?

  • Managing varied Residential Property matters from the outset to post completion formalities.
  • Dealing with sales and purchases (Freehold and Leasehold), Remortgages, Transfer of Equity.
  • Drafting Contracts, Transfer deed, and title reports.
  • Managing client relationships.

Requirements Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in Residential Property.
  • Experience managing a full caseload of Residential Property matters.
  • Good technical competence within Residential Property.
