As a Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager your day to day duties will include:

Nurturing existing client relationships and building new through telephone and face to face account management activities
Possess the ability to identify and convert leads
To complete all relevant office administration in line with company procedures
Working to deadlines, often ever changing, and prioritising tasks with ease
Ensuring that all company procedures are adhered to in a timely manner, and compliance is monitored accordingly
Be involved in planned marketing activities in line with company strategy

This is not a hard, cut throat sales environment, we provide a bespoke service to local businesses who will benefit from our expertise and we rely on repeat business through a completelytransparent approach to everyone we work with

This is a full time position working 40 hours per week.

you will be guided through a comprehensive training package, and for your hard work will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary with additional uncapped commission scheme following probation.

Theability to undertake fully funded industry specific qualifications is also available to consultants following successful completion of probation.
