Purpose:


To lead, drive and define the promotional and rewards offering and loyalty proposition for all player segments within UK and Spain.

Taking ownership of the promotional strategy and the commercial performance of our activity.
Focusing on defining a strategy that drives player retention and overall satisfaction whilst maintaining business KPIs.


Responsibilities:


  • Create and implement the promotional strategy to deliver OKR and KPI targets for the business
  • Define a clear vision and set best practices for your team to adopt when planning activity
  • Outline the annual promotion plans for headline activity across all ventures
  • Track the performance of incentives and campaigns against objectives to create efficiency of our spend
  • Commercial understanding of your area to identify opportunities for growth
  • Understand the customer base to create bespoke plans for all cohorts which optimise retention to ventures
  • Define and implement a test and learn approach to best understand performance of promotional activity
  • Bring a more targeted approach to promotional activity to maximise incremental uplift
  • Working with insights to identify key customer growth segments and plan relevant activity
  • Bring a single customer view to our player base to drive efficiency across the network and implement campaigns to retain customers on the most efficient ventures
  • Define a loyalty and rewards proposition for our ventures
  • Key stakeholder of the development of the daily free game and BMC products
  • Enable your team to create engaging promotional plans for our customers
  • Create a high performing department, with a focus on training and development
  • Produce a portfolio of promotional templates of top performing mechanics for rapid implementation with mínimal effort
  • Budgeting of incentive spend based on business targets and run rate
  • Identify gaps and opportunities with rewards tooling to prioritise enhancements to your teams tools
  • Owner of the rewards capabilities roadmap
  • Collaborate with other marketing functions to maximise exposure for headline activity
  • Align with Product Operations functions on content recommendation priorities

Experience Required:


  • Experience leading on promotional strategy development
  • Relevant B2C Gaming experience within a multi venture operation
  • Commercial ownership
  • Line management experience
