ER Specialist FTC 12 months

West Midlands location with Hybrid working - 3 days per week in office

Up to £38k plus bonus and benefits

Are you an ER specialist with experience across generalist ER issues and are you seeking a new flexible-working role based in the Midlands? Our client is looking for a strong ER Advisor to work as part of an ER team, to cover a period of leave of 12 months.

In the role of ER Advisor role, you can expect to:

Partner with the Site's Leader/managers to support the management of both day to day and complex ER casework
Support a wide variety of ER transactional matters
Ensure employment policies and practices comply with relevant employment regulations
Work closely with ER Manager and the wider HR team to ensure policies / processes are kept up to date
Support management in the development of employees including coaching and mentoring
Gather, analyse and interpret data and metrics to develop recommendations and strategies to facilitate positive employee relations and engagement
