Description

This post will be based between Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh & St. John's Hospital

Responsible for day to day management of a team of administrative staff across multiple sites (Medical Secretaries, Admin Support)

Responsible for provision of administrative support within service area ensuring delivery of effective and efficient business and patient services and supporting service improvements as required.

The post holder is responsible for the efficient day to day running of the administrative service to enable a responsive and effective support to the clinical and wider team.

Responsible for provision of administrative support for undergraduate clinical attachments in Womens Services.
