My client is looking for an organised, creative and energetic individual to join our fast-growing team as a
Marketing and Events Coordinator and
Executive Assistant to our Group CEO.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to develop their B2B marketing skills with an award-winning market research agency specialising in brand and reputation research.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, designing and executing our marketing activity and measuring its success
- Working with the team to develop and publish engaging content
- Managing our social media channels and keeping our website up to date
- Coordinating our regular programme of inperson and virtual events
- Supporting Echo's Group CEO with diary management and meeting scheduling
- Implementing our brand guidelines for a consistent brand identity
- Supporting the team with report production design, formatting, data visualisation and infographics
- Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in B2B marketing
- Extremely organised ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail
- Creative flair
- Experience of Eventbrite
- Experience of design tools (Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud an advantage) Excellent PowerPoint skills
- Strong communication skills, happy working in a close team
- Based within commuting distance of (Guildford)
- Unrestricted right to work in the UK
Surrey (flexible working approx
50% in office:
50% at home)
