Join our fast growing team based in Crownhill, Milton Keynes. We are on the look out for an excellent systematic thinker to join our award winning office based team. This role will play a vital part in ensuring our clients receive best in class quality care. You will be required to work 1pm to 5pm Monday to Friday.


Job Description:


You will be the welcoming face of Home Instead Milton Keynes, being the first point of contact both over the phone and in person.

You will be performing a wide variety of administrative duties in a timely manner to support the smooth running of the office.

To promote the highest standards of care and support services ensuring quality standards are maintained across all business activities and adhere to regulations, legislation, and Franchise Standards


Qualifications:

Computer literate - Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Excellent understanding of English language both written and spoken.

Excellent customer service skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Highly organised with the ability to think quickly and multitask.

Reliable, smart and professional at all times.

Team Player.
