The Point of Sales Coordinator's day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Being responsible for the POS project delivery, schedules and sample collection.
  • Work closely with partners, buyers and merchandisers to get products in store.
  • Liaise directly with various stakeholders of all levels.
  • Ensure materials are produced on time and in line with objectives and requirements.
  • Being solutionsfocused to ensure retail related queries are resolved.
  • Reporting of budgets and P&L's.

The Successful Applicant:

The Point of Sales Coordinator will have the following experience:

  • Must have a background in or experience with Marketing.
  • Experience working in an administrative position whereby you've been responsible for coordinating sales team by managing schedules, filing documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Must have proven experience with below the line activities.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills with end to end project management experience.
  • A proven ability to prioritise tasks and workloads.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to deal with various stakeholders.
  • You will have a proactive and solutions focused mindset.
