Full Job Description

As a Claims Technician, you will be required to complete the following tasks;Managing a delegated caseload of Highways and Utilities claims from inception to settlement
Complete thorough investigation into claims, progressing or referring where necessary
Liaising with insurers and policy holders to achieve settlement on claims

What we're looking for from a Claims Technician;Previous experience within claims management and insurance is desirable
Excellent customer service experience and ability to manage complex claims
Strong investigation and analytical skills
Strong organisation skills and high level of attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and with a varied workload
Team player with passion for helping others
Proactive, able to work with initiative

Claims Technician Job Details;Full time role, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Permanent position
£26,000 - £34,000 per annum plus benefits
25 days holiday, plus your birthday off
Flexible remote/home working
Training provided & support with industry qualifications
