Business Development/Field Sales Manager - Health Insurance
My client is a leading health insurance provider, who offer a positive approach to long-term health plans.

A successful and established health provider, who are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager/Field Sales Manager, to focus on businessdevelopment with new brokers and businesses.

This role is based remotely, with some face-to-face client meetings. Generous Salary package of £50k + £70k OTE + Car allowance/company car.

You must have strong B2B sales experience in the full 360 sales cycle, from finding your own leads, through till close, virtually and f2f.

We are looking for a well
- rounded individual, who is driven, and passionate about this industry and enjoys the challengeof exceeding targets.

We are looking for a new business hunter, who has experience in developing strong relationships, and selling health insurance plans to Brokers and Intermediaries.

Role Expectations:

  • Develop relationships with new brokers/intermediaries in order to secure new business
  • Research market, source potential new clients and arrange meetings with key personnel
  • Generate leads through cold calling, and build a strong pipeline for ongoing success
- develop existing accounts

  • Ensure thorough knowledge and understanding of all company products
  • Attend networking events to promote the company and generate new leads
  • Present company funded solutions to senior decision makers
*vDevelop existing accounts

  • Meet quarterly sales targets and KPI criteria
  • Staff exhibitions and trade stands to promote company products
  • Ensure information is accurately entered into the CRM system and that weekly Sales administration is completed accurately and on time
  • Communicate local market intelligence to Marketing Department and your Manager
  • Represent the company in a professional manner and act as an ambassador of the company values
  • Attend internal sales meetings and present reports as appropriate
  • Achievement of KPIs and sales targets
  • You will be measured on the generation of appointments
  • Presentation and networking skills
  • Build longlasting relationship with internal and external customers, including brokers/intermediaries

You Must Have:

  • A clean driving licence
  • Ideally Live in the midlands or southwest England territory
  • B2B insurance sales experience, ideally in the health industry
  • Proof of working to revenue targets and developing new business opportunities
  • Resilient, driven, with an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Strong presentation skills
