Looking for a rewarding new job, then look no further Our fabulous #TeamKinross are now on the lookout for a new caring, compassionate and patient *female colleague with a good sense of humour to join them on a part-time (14 hours per week) basis.


The Role
The great thing about this job is no two days are ever the same.

You'll be part of a fun, friendly team who supports an amazing, fun loving young lady who has a mild learning disability and PTSD.

Not only will you provide support with all aspects of daily living, you'll also support her to socialise, maintain relationships and continue to live independently.


You'll play a HUGE part in helping her to realise her potential, reach her goals, learn new skills and play an active role in her local community.

Her hobbies and interests include animals (especially horses), going for long walks, knitting, gardening, music, shopping and watching TV & films.


About You
You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferrable skills. We'll pay you for your training and even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification too


All we'll need you to bring is: -

  • A caring and compassionate attitude
  • The ability to work well in a team
  • Confidence to lone work
  • Great communication and organisational skills
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Confidence in the use of computers

Shift Patterns


As we're dedicated to providing the best support, tailored to the needs of each individual, typical shift patterns are hours (includes a sleepover).

Weekends and public holidays would be worked on a rotational basis.

Sleepovers do not form part of your contracted hours; for every sleepover you work, you will receive an additional payment of
