This is a truly exciting time to be part of the Simplyhealth journey, a time when we can really help people across the UK get access to the healthcare they need.
Alongside this, Simplyhealth is going through a period of change from a functional structureto one that is product-led, putting our customers and their needs at the heart of all decisions.

Reporting to our Chief Risk Officer, you'll lead a team of four, providing both Compliance Advice tothe business in response to new and emerging regulation, the development of new products and services and the maintenance of the current product suite and delivering a programme of Compliance Monitoring activities to ensure effective compliance of high-riskareas.
You'll be a partner for the business, providing advice and challenge 'in-flow' to support the dynamic needs of the business as we balance new product development and product maintenance; ensuring we continue to deliver good outcomes and fair value to ourcustomers.
You will also take on a leadership role to more effectively use our data to ensure good outcomes for our customers.
You'll be a key member of the Assurance leadership team helping to shape the function for the future.Key responsibilities
