An exciting opportunity at an Outstanding Primary School for a Year 6 Primary Teacher based in the heart of Tower Hamlets has arisen.

This position could potentially begin immediately with a full handover otherwise a January start could also work. This isa high-achieving yet warm and welcoming Primary school that has a child-centred approach; you will need to be a very confident practitioner to flourish here - and it's great

The children are very well behaved.

The ethos is centred around developing confidence, respect and a love of learning which is lived and breathed across the Key Stages and shines through by the time the children are Year 6.

The successful Year 6 Teacherwill be appointed on a temporary contract and being paid to scale.

This Primary school have been commended by OFSTED for their established senior leadership team and excellent behaviour within the school.

This is a two-form entry school so the teacher appointed will be working alongside an established and welcoming Year 6Teacher.

Planning for lessons will be shared between teachers to combine ideas and reduce workload; the other bonus is that the current year 6 teacher has been promoted to cover the Maternity Leave and is still in school

The school has great transport links and a car park.

The ideal Year 6 teacher:
Should be familiar with and have previously taught the UK curriculum
KS2 Experience - Year 6
