A fantastic new opportunity has become available for **Technical Manager

Attributes Management**with one of our Manufacture Services clients.

Status: Outside IR35

The Technical Manager - Attributes Management will strengthen the technical and process leadership aspects to accelerate the shift towards Attribute led Requirements Management to deliver competitive products in collaboration with Requirements and ArchitectureManagers and platform partners.

Their mission is to connect the customer, through marketing needs, to Engineering requirements, targets, and specifications to deliver extraordinary products.

Experience and Skills required:

Provide technical leadership and develop processes and tools to enable Attribute led Requirements Management and manage increasingly complex Attribute interdependencies
Support R&D involvement in competitor set definition
Work with the wider Attributes and Energy Management department to develop technology and competitor benchmarking road maps
Manage attribute events (static/dynamic) and carry out attribute evaluations
Collate, manage, and report attribute status against targets
