Description

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Nursery Assistant to join our team at a lovely primary school in Weston-Super-Mare.

The role is on Fridays only and working hours are from 8:30am to 3:30pm. The pay rate for this position is between £75 and £85per day, depending on experience.


Tradewind work with several other primary schools in Weston-Super-Mare and surrounding areas so if you are looking to work more than one day a week you can still apply, as we have many other opportunities available that we can discuss.


  • Assist with the daytoday running of the nursery
  • Work with children aged 34 years old
  • Plan and implement activities to support the children's development
  • Maintain a safe and stimulating environment
  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers and other members of staff
  • An Early Years Level 3 qualification
  • Experience working with young children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive and proactive approach to work
  • A good understanding of child development and the EYFS framework
