Role overview:

We are looking for a Transformation Lead to join our team in London.

Reporting directly to our Group Head of Transformation, you will manage change and transformation initiatives across the organisation, both within the Head Office and also across our internal business portfolio.


The key part of your role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise transformation initiatives, such as migrating to a new enterprise-level platform; implementing a tool to enable supplier risk assessment; or selection, procurement and integration of new AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools.

This could involve conducting business analysis, designing solutions, developing and executing project plans, and leading change management efforts.

As a Transformation Lead at Next 15, you will:

  • Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand their requirements, expectations, and issues to identify and prioritise transformation initiatives
  • Perform business analysis to identify areas for improvement and design solutions, scoping and shaping initiatives to determine the most appropriate approach for Next 15, to address business challenges, such as reducing costs, enhancing efficiency and/or scalability, or optimising processes
  • Track and report on the progress of transformation initiatives, such as tracking key performance indicators, evaluating outcomes, identifying risks and issues, and providing feedback and recommendations
  • Use best practices and methodologies to ensure the quality and consistency of the project deliverables including project plans, business cases, scope statements; always ensuring that consideration of the nature of the project and how best to deliver a successful outcome at Next 15, have been prioritised
  • Control the project budget and schedule, including forecasting, variance analysis, contingency planning, and risk mitigation
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with all project stakeholders, such as regular updates, soliciting feedback, resolving issues and managing expectations
  • Drive change management activities to ensure the successful adoption of transformation initiatives, such as communicating the vision and benefits, engaging stakeholders, identifying change impact, managing resistance, providing training and support, and handover to BAU

You will bring:


  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, change management, business analysis, and solution design
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working autonomously and as part of a team
  • Experience working in environments where change is ingrained; managing tight and evolving deadlines, and requirements
  • Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies
