Responsibilities:


  • Deal with incoming mail: Scan documents, forward relevant documents to the appropriate teams, and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Manage outgoing mail: Organise courier shipments and handle post office run as necessary.
  • Screen phone calls, inquiries, and requests, and direct them to the appropriate individuals.
  • Meet and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain and organise diaries, schedule appointments, and manage calendars for team members.
  • Provide support to the corporate administration team, including conducting Companies House searches, contacting HMRC, visiting the legalisation office and Companies House for dropoff/pickup, and maintaining internal checklists and forms.
  • Liaise with various suppliers to ensure smooth operations and handle any related administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Previous experience in a similar reception/administrative role is desirable.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
