A Lead Engineer Vehicle Dynamics is required to join a Coventry based OEM, The Vehicle Dynamics team is responsible for providing technical input towards the delivery of engineering solutions for vehicle concepts and advanced engineering projects, conductingmulti-body-dynamics analysis to determine suspension kinematics, hard points, compliance, and tuneable specifications to meet vehicle attribute targets.

**AsLead Engineer Vehicle Dynamics
- you will be required to;*
  • Manage all aspects of chassis dynamics project work
  • Leadership, coordination & development of Vehicle Dynamics capabilities
  • Vehicle and system benchmarking activities
  • Generation of vehicle, system and component attributebased targets
  • Concept development of chassis systems to meet attribute and system targets
  • ADAMS analysis for Full vehicle Dynamics; Kinematics and Compliance; Ride and Handling, Suspension Hard Point definition, Component /mounting system definition
  • Lead and undertake process improvements for vehicle dynamics simulation, test, development and benchmarking
**As Lead Engineer Vehicle Dynamics
- you will have;*
  • Degree qualified or equivalent with proven experience in Automotive Vehicle Dynamics
  • Experience in CAE analysis using ADAMS
  • Good experience in defining vehicle & system attribute based targets
  • Experienced in a range of Vehicle & System benchmarking activities
