You will be pro-active in owning the service ES provides, developing robust relationships, identifying improvements within the service and representing the views and requirements of the client.

You will become the voice of the customer for continuous improvements,ensuring all contractual needs are met.

What you'll be doing:


  • Working closely with the Operational Service Management and customers to ensure customer expectations can be met and are carried out to the highest standards and in compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures, developing a roadmap of improvementsfor each client
  • Use data to represent the service delivery levels to the customer and develop actions plans with customers and operations
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve ES & client relationships
  • Collaborate with business development team and Client Partnership Executives to ensure active implementation of client relationship objectives during sales operations
  • Work closely with Finance and Commercial teams
  • Deliver against key financial and quality targets

What you'll bring:


  • Experience of working in a Service Lead environment
  • Ability to work within a performance management framework ensuring standards are delivered
  • Ability to compile, analyse and present information at a strategic level
  • Experience of addressing and influencing senior collaborators within Client and Operational Service teams

Employment Type:
Full-time, Permanent
Location**:Remote - however would be required in either the Southampton or Sheffield office one day per week

Salary:
£45,000 - £50,000 - Dependent upon experience and training needs
