About the Team:
The HR team at SPSE consists of Trudie Stroud (HR Manager) & Jo Brimpong (HR Business Partner).
You will also be working with the Office Manager (Ometha McKay) and the Finance Business Partner (Mark McDonald), and other departments where support is needed.
About the Role:
This business admin role will consist of supporting the gPROMS team.
You will cover reception and greet visitors, maintain, and update company files, and help out with the onboarding and offboarding processes.
This position will provide you with valuable experience and transferrable skills to support your career.And Day to Day?.
You will be Responsible for:
- Ad hoc reception cover meeting and greeting visitors, booking couriers, organising meetings and catering.
- Maintaining and updating company files.
- Supporting with business travel visas and issuing support letters.
- Sending reference letters.
- Sending weekly new joiner/leavers reports.
- Drafting contracts & offer letters for HR Manager to send out.
- Helping with the new joiner/onboarding process (liaising with managers to send out induction plans, arrange IT, right to work checks etc) and offboarding (sending leavers letters, arranging return of IT equipment etc)
- Raising Purchase orders.
- Assisting with the organising and running of social events.
- Complete customer registration forms for the sales team.
- Assist with Vendor creation in P2P process for finance.
- Customer Contract review for the sales team.
- Reviewing/checking tangible items on the Fixed Asset register for finance.
- Any other ad hoc admin duties as required.

- GCSE
