We are currently recruiting for a
Head of Projects & Service Delivery to join our team and lead a multi-disciplined team to deliver first class sales support at all stages of the customer experience.


What will you be doing in this role?


In this vital role, you will make sure that every stage of the customer journey, from onboarding through to ongoing relationship management is seamless and world class, as well as driving a culture of continuous improvement.

You will work closely with other teams and key stakeholders, communicating effectively, challenging, contributing to, and facilitating delivery of our UK business objectives, revenue, EBIT and EBITDA.

You will have proven experience within
social care and/or Healthcare in a management position in
Sales Support and
Operational Delivery, have
strong project management skills and a working knowledge of Telecare and Telehealth equipment and environment.

You will have
excellent communication skills, able to liaise with colleagues at all levels, used to
working at a senior level, with demonstrable knowledge of managing customers, change and budgets.

You'll be able to understand and analyse complex issues and problems and come up with sound and rational judgements to make sure the right decision is reached.

Focused on the customer, you will always be looking to satisfy the needs of Tunstall's customers and continuously look for areas to improve.

This role will require some travel.


Key skills and experience:


  • Significant proven Sales Support and Operational Delivery experience,
  • Strong project, change and financial management,
  • Proven people management skills,
  • Experienced in implementing customer satisfaction measurement and improvement programmes,
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills (verbal, written and presentation),
  • Builds a useful network of contacts and relationships and utilises it to achieve objectives,
  • Focuses on bottomline results, identifies potential risks, and monitors the financial impact of own activities,
  • Acts on own initiative, makes things happen and accepts responsibility for the results,
  • Highly organised, methodical and with a logical approach and style with a high level of attention to detail,
  • Identify business improvements and implements them,
  • Collaborative and helpful yet resilient and resolute with drive and ambition,
  • Flexible and creative, able to adapt quickly within a growing and changing marketplace.

Some of your key day to day tasks will be

  • Leadership of the Project Management & Service Delivery team to deliver exceptional customer experience,
  • Ensure projects are delivered to agreed timelines and budgets,
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery of Tunstall products and services to enhance customer journey and increase customer lifetime value,
  • Work closely with commercial and marketing teams to ensure cross functional engagement throughout the customer journey and drive improvements in Tunstall value proposition,
  • Ensure appropriate resources to support customer onboarding and continued contract management whilst aligning with business priorities,
  • Ensuring all customer onboarding is fully compliant with internal procedures,
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure delivery alignment,
  • Partner with Finance to optimise service delivery and margin management,
  • Escalate service delivery deviations and issues as appropriate,
  • Identify and understand any trends, risks, and opportunities,
  • Support the endtoend delivery process through contract mobilisation to business as usual,
  • Support the business units through the tender / bid process.
