Financial Planning Administrator
Harrogate
£24,000 - £30,000 + excellent training, pension, PMI, exam support

A successful wealth management organisation in Harrogate are looking to add a hard working and experienced Financial Planning Administrator to their ever growing team.

The role is varied but some of the key responsibilities of the role are:


  • Sending out and chasing Letters of Authority with external providers
  • Gathering information from providers, ensuring it is all correct and then putting the information into a presentable tables and documentation
  • Taking on analytics and critical yield calculations
  • Compiling preparation information for all client meetings with the Advisors
  • Requesting Wealth Accounts and Investor Returns
  • Sending regular updates and professional correspondence to clients
  • Creating performance comparison graphs and cost and charges calculations.
  • Financial Services support experience is a must for this role
  • You must be extremely organised and be able to prioritise your working day and week
  • You will need to be a quicker learning, be comfortable asking for assistance when needed and have a strong attention to detail
  • You must be comfortable, professional and articulate on the telephone and be able to influence providers and other stakeholders
  • Finally you must have a good energy about you, a strong work ethic and positive "can do" attitude
