Responsibilities Advise first line payments and investments businesses on applicable regulation

  • Act as SME on UK and EU regulation applicable to individuals and corporates
  • Take the lead on identifying analysing and implementing regulatory change
  • Advise the business on effectiveness of controls
  • Manage team of Compliance analysts
Requirements Hands on knowledge of Payments Services Directive and UK rules for Payments

  • Experience of Conduct Risk
  • Must have Compliance or Legal Experience
