Salary and benefits:

We have an exciting opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a Benefits Administrator within our Benefit and Pension team in Reward.

The role
Through this role you will play an important part in helping to deliver a brilliant benefits offering to all of the colleagues at Phoenix.
The role will be varied and you will have the opportunity to build extensive knowledge of the benefits we offer at Phoenix, establish relationships with our key benefits suppliers, support colleagues with queries and provide input to exciting team projects across the year.
Here are some of the things we're looking for your support within this role:- Build and maintain relationships with key internal customers and external third parties.
- Act at the first point of contact for any benefits queries escalated by our internal HR teams and liaise with internal/external parties as required to resolve queries
- Identify improvements and support the documentation of key processes within the Benefit and Pension team.
- Play a role in the review, selection, and implementation of new benefit providers, working with internal stakeholders such as procurement, data protection, legal and information security.
- Support Consultants with data collation and analysis for projects such as total reward statements and auto enrolment.
- Manage the endtoend invoice process for our core benefits, ensuring invoices are paid on time, act as the key contact for all invoice queries from providers and maintain a tracker of monthly payments
You will be part of our very welcoming, ever-growing Reward team, so through team meetings and away days you will also gain a deeper understanding of the wider reward proposition in place for Phoenix colleagues.
