Training to be provided:
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15 month apprenticeship which includes 10 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.
About the role:
Main Duties of a Customer Service Specialist Apprentice:
- Receive and process customer orders
- Production of the monthly invoicing
- Capturing SLA data
- Run weekly feedback reports
- System maintenance
- Master data maintenance and customer contacts
- Any other duties as requested by your supervisor/manager

Essential skills:
As this is an apprenticeship, no prior experience is required
However, applicants should have / be:
- Good level of accuracy and data entry skills
- A team worker with a flexible approach, cando attitude
- Competent IT user of MS office tools
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- GCSEs in maths and English with at least a grade C / 4 are required.
Desirable skills:
Administrative experience
