CK Group are recruiting for a Customer Experience Specialist to join a diagnostics company at their site in Goddards Green near Burgess Hill, West Sussex on a contract basis for 12 months.

This role includes hybrid working.

Daily Rate:
£ £255.07 Ltd/UMB or £ £192.31 PAYE basic.


Customer Experience Specialist Role:

  • Support in designing, developing and piloting rollouts of solutions that contribute to an improved customer experience
  • Establish close collaborations withthe key stakeholders (affiliates) for the project implementation of journeycentric capabilities
  • Work closely with affiliates to design new experiences and implement them.
  • Identify opportunities of helping our affiliates working in a journeycentric approach and implement our journey centric capabilities

Your Background:

  • Educated in innovation management, business administration by higher education or by experience
  • Experience in CX (Customer Experience) management and journey mapping
  • Experience in CX management solutions/ technologies
  • Prior work experience in life sciences, consulting or large companies would be an asset
  • Ability to structure and deliver presentations
