About The Role:
Are you an experienced M&A Specialist that wants to play a key role in helping a highly reputable organisation realise its ambitious growth plans?

APEM is a global environmental consultancy; and since WestBridge's backing in 2019 we have grown significantly through a combination of organic and M&A to over £60m revenue.

We plan to triple in size in the next 3 years through continued strong organic growth, international expansion and strategic acquisitions.

As Head of Mergers and Acquisitions you will support the Director of M&A in delivering APEM Group's growth targets through thoughtful, targeted, and timely M&A activity.

This role will involve you in the full 360 transaction cycle - identification, nurturing of relationships, execution of M&A activity and handing over to an implementation project team.

This is a newly created role within a small team so there is much opportunity to make an impact and make this role your own.

You'll need to be personally driven and happy to roll your sleeves up, as ultimately you'll need to ensure the success of your projects.

You will however be supported by the Director of M&A and an ambitious Board and work collaboratively with senior managers across our sectors who will be able to leverage their relationships within the environmental sector to support at key stages of the M&A lifecycle.
