Aspire People are looking for TA's who are looking for more flexible work within the Education sector Are you currently a student or only want a couple of days work a week.

Trying to juggle child care and work ?
We work alongside many different SEN schools and mainstream schools supplying them with SEN TA's. Working day to day supply to fit in with your life style and need's.

We are currently looking for more experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to work with our schoolsacross the whole of the West Midlands.

Your new role

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting children with SEN needs within either an SEN or mainstream schools.

These children may require more assistance when it comes to their learning such as better access to resources. You will either be supportingthe classroom Teacher or working with small groups.
What you'll need to succeed

Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 in childhood studies or TA course)
Relative experience plus experience within a SEN School
Extra SEN Training certificates (such as MAPA, Mackaton, Team Teach)
A genuine interest in helping support children with extra needs
Care background with SEN
