Description

This is a full-time position for an officer to work Thursday Friday & Saturday 05:1- 20:00hrs hrs per week).

The duties will involve unlocking a building unsetting alarms and allowing access for traders to set stalls up for the day.

An inspection of key areas for any health and safety issues will be conducted before the market opens. The market will then be opened for the general public.

During the opening hours the officer will be a visible presence and deal with any emergencies or issues following the procedures in place.

They will be a focal point for customers and traders alike.

They will be of smart appearance though uniform is provided.

They will have excellent communication skills and enjoy engaging with the public.

They will enjoy meeting people and provide a friendly assistance where required and also an assertive confident manner when needed.

Salary:
£10.90 per hour
