Working with the Transition Director, this role is being introduced to continue the professionalisation of the Transition function in the delivery of our company strategy in the UK.
You will develop the knowledge and skills of a new team and lead the delivery of our global Transition Process Model (TPM) to operationalise significant new contract wins.
Key Responsibilities_**_
- Working with key stakeholders in UK commercial and operations, you will lead the programme to develop the Transition content, documentation and tools as part of the Bid to Operations process to manage and deliver our Win /Keep / Grow programme
- Working with the Transition Director, you will lead the development of the Transition Team in the implementation of the above, with coordination across functional workstreams in cooperation with our commercial and operations teams
- Project Director for leading a team of SMEs to mobilise multimillionpound new contract wins by implementing the TPM in line with ISS governance. As part of the customer strategic PMO, ensure key activities are implemented throughout the programme and report transparently to the wider stakeholder group
- To lead the rollout of account specific programmes, projects and/or workstreams for new, retention or growth contracts, working within our Bid to Operations framework
- To manage the team to ensure robust governance and utilisation of the Transition Process Model (TPM) Framework to be consistently delivered for every project
Professional and personal competencies/qualifications_**_
- The job holder should have been educated to at least degree level or appropriate professional accreditation (PMP, Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent)
- Minimum ten years proven Programme or Project Management experience, preferably in the FM industry
- Experienced in the use of Programme and Project Management tools such as MS Project, MS Project Online, or equivalent to an advanced level
- Demonstrable understanding of commercial contracts
- Proven ability to build successful stakeholder relationships, manage their expectations and act as a trusted source of advice
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong data analysis, report design and presentation skills
- MS Office, Excel advanced and PowerPoint
