The Position


An exciting opportunity has arisen with a market leading provider of Sustainable, Low Carbon and Renewable Electric household heating solutions that is looking for a Business Operations Manager to implement effective operational business process change,namely around service.

Historically their products and services have been B2B, aimed at businesses but now with the energy and cost of living crisis they are expanding to offering their cutting edge energy saving heating solutions B2C, directly to the consumerwho is the home owner.

This is a key position that is vital to the success of a new multimillion pound B2C aftercare and warranty service division.


The Package
- £40k - £50k Basic Salary + bonus

Experience Required


You be a Business Operations Manager that has a proven background in making effective operational change within a B2C service based company.

This change will be around implementing and monitoring processes and procedures that improve customer service. Heatingindustry experience is not required but it would be ideal if the services were aimed at household owners.

A high level of analytical skills are required as you will use forecasting models, databases, project management tools and financial software.

Effectiveinternal stakeholder management is essential as you will be working across numerous departments and you will have a direct influence on the processes and procedures used by them.

Departments you will engage closely with include After Care, Product Support,Warranty, Quality, Customer Service, Customer Excellence, Service & Maintenance Provision and Sales & Marketing.
