_£75,000-£85,000 per annum + in excess of 100% OTE Uncapped_

We are working with an award-winning high-growth technology business, with a mission to radically improve the quality of life of those individuals living within social housing.

They are looking for a Business Development Director who will aid them in deliveringlong-term enterprise-scale deployments of their technological solutions, whilst driving their sales.


You will be walking into a warm sales environment and selling into a market that has yet to be fully exploited.

This will offer you an incredible opportunity to bill big revenue in your early days and grow the career opportunity out further.

Typically, your day as Business Development Director would involve:

  • Refining and iterating the GTM strategy.
  • Proactively researching and finding business development opportunities.
  • Generating commercial interest through brand promotion.
  • Forecasting accurately and consistently.
  • Working collaboratively with your team in order to perform against individual and department KPI's as defined.
  • Has sold complex, multi stakeholder sales to large corporate or highstake enterprises.
  • Is familiar with delivering transformational, business problemled, valuebased solutions.
  • Would be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across departments.
  • Has a proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Has strong analytical and numeracy skills, as well as complete command of PowerPoint/Excel/Online presentation platforms.
  • Is happiest when they're 'getting stuff done'. Is open, positive, and straightforward, and is not afraid to stand up for their convictions, even when it's hard to do so.
The role is fully-remote, but requires individuals to be based in the UK.
