Thankfully, you won't be guessing in this role.

And you'll be working with an organisation that is a growing SME based in Scotland that manages high-end office fit out projects from inception to handover, so you'll be working with your colleagues in design and project management to support your role, which is pivotal to each project.

Estimator - £30,000 - £45,000
Offices in Glasgow + Edinburgh

This organisation was started by a man with a passion for great design projects, completed to a high standard for customer satisfaction.

Whilst still fairly young, he maintains a key role in the business working with many of the large clients and he's not affraid to travel to close the business.

He's built a team around him with a clear and structured process, or a journey if you prefer, for clients to get a complete end-to-end service as they tackle the changing work environment and try to ensure their own best people stay by creating a nice environment.

What will you be doing?

You'll utilise your logical thought process and knowledge of commercial construction projects to scope and budget designs - an Excel whizz if you like, and an ability to communicate clearly with the design team and project manager on each project.
