Collections Officer
LOCATION:
Grimsby
SALARY:
£21,255 - £23,000 Depending on experience + benefits.
HOURS: 37.5 hours per week Monday Friday, 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, with hybrid working options available after probation.

Person Specification
Essential:
Excellent Telephone Communication Skills
Previous experience working with customers.
Good IT Skills
Desirable:
Previous call centre or collections experience
