Highly successful, growing and supportive consultancy are now looking for a 'HR Generalist' to join their busy and friendly team.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing, and fun team with bags of opportunity to learn, grow and develop your career within the business.

You will have the opportunity to learn from your team, while working in a hybrid role.

The role will involve;

  • Stand alone HR role
  • Day to day HR advise
  • Overseeing all HR processes
  • Onboarding, induction, training, appraisals, exit interviews
  • Working with employees and Managers on various projects, issues and queries
You will have;

  • HR Generalist experience
  • CIPD Level 5 desirable
  • Understanding of ER
  • Employment law understanding
  • Able to work in an advisory role for Line Managers
  • HR Administration experience
  • Happy to work in a stand alone role
