You will have the opportunity to learn from your team, while working in a hybrid role.The role will involve;
- Stand alone HR role
- Day to day HR advise
- Overseeing all HR processes
- Onboarding, induction, training, appraisals, exit interviews
- Working with employees and Managers on various projects, issues and queries
- HR Generalist experience
- CIPD Level 5 desirable
- Understanding of ER
- Employment law understanding
- Able to work in an advisory role for Line Managers
- HR Administration experience
- Happy to work in a stand alone role
- Supportive team
- Trust to work on your own initiative, with guidance and support
- Lots of opportunities to grow and develop throughout the business
- 26 days holiday
