I am currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join an exciting, growing manufacturing companyResponsibilities
- Managing customer expectations from order to delivery
- Sales order processing
- Invoicing
- Monitoring deliveries
- Liaising with production planners/account managers
- Dealing with any issues such as stock shortages
Person Specification
- Experience in Sales Administration or similiar role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to use own initiative
- Proactive
- Confident with handling complaints
- Good communication skills
Hours
- Monday to Thursday 8:30am 5pm
- Friday 7:30am 4pm
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£23,000.00 per year
