I am currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join an exciting, growing manufacturing company


Responsibilities

  • Managing customer expectations from order to delivery
  • Sales order processing
  • Invoicing
  • Monitoring deliveries
  • Liaising with production planners/account managers
  • Dealing with any issues such as stock shortages

Person Specification

  • Experience in Sales Administration or similiar role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to use own initiative
  • Proactive
  • Confident with handling complaints
  • Good communication skills

Hours

  • Monday to Thursday 8:30am 5pm
  • Friday 7:30am 4pm
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£23,000.00 per year
