A well-known law firm based in Uckfield is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join the team.

The firm advises on major corporate transactions involving multiple legal jurisdictions, as well as on one-off deals within the UK.

The highly regarded Corporate team provides advice on and deals with the following legal matters:

Acquisitions and disposals
Management buyouts and management buyins
Restructuring Joint ventures Private equity Shareholders' and investment agreements
Corporate governance
Company formation and management
Share incentive schemes

The role will suit somebody who is articulate, creative and who shows initiative.
This is an ideal opportunity for a person who ultimately wishes to pursue a legal career.
You will need at least one years' experience to be considered for this role.
