Overview:

Lead Trainer - Lincolnshire
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to mange the training of all colleagues across the Holbeach site.

Responsibilities

Manage all the training onsite.
Manage the training documentation and ensure that all refresher training is arranged with the area leaders.
Facilitate inductions for all new starters and health and safety training.
Liaise with the Production Management in regards all specific production training requirements
Advise Production Management of retraining requirements as necessary.
Ensure that operatives are trained in the correct and most efficient method of floral bouquet construction.
Keep training files up to date, liaising with the area managers on upcoming training / refreshers and matrixes.
Monitor operative's performance in the bouquet manufacturing process
Carry out Health & Safety training as requested by the company H&S Officer
Encourage that good cultural and handling practices are maintained throughout the production process.
Provide leadership, consistently setting standards of conduct.

Knowledge and skills

Essential skills:

General understanding of company procedures
Previous or similar experience in Training role.
PC Skills, in particular Windows packages

English level:
Advanced

Policies detailed within the Colleague handbook.

Desirable skills

Product knowledge - Flower and Foliage Varieties. Manufactured Bouquets

Other Considerations

Core Working Hours:40 hours per week: Monday - Fridayadditional hours may be required as per the needs of the business.

Salary scale:
£27,000 & Contributory Pension Scheme

Annual leave: 28 Days inclusive of bank holidays, 1 day added per annum up to 33days.

Other Benefits:
Death in Service, Critical Illness Cover, Discretionary bonus entry

Pay:
£27,000.00 per year
