Responsibilities of the Purchasing Assistant
Strategically manage stock levels through accurate analysis reports, aligning with supply and demand dynamics.

Engage with national and international suppliers to place orders effectively, ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Collaborate with third-party shipping partners and hauliers to coordinate and track shipments, guaranteeing smooth logistics operations.

Arrange transportation for both inbound and outbound goods, maintaining an efficient flow of products.

Oversee goods in process and handle delivery queries efficiently to ensure a streamlined procurement process.

Provide general administrative support to the purchasing team, fostering a well-organized work environment.

Requirements of the Purchasing Assistant
Previous experience in purchasing or supply chain roles is essential, showcasing your understanding of industry practices.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software, enabling you to analyze data effectively.

Strong organizational and communication skills, enabling you to liaise with various stakeholders efficiently.
