Description
As the Senior Data Analyst, you'll take a lead in shaping the collection, management and use of RCOT's data and providing regular reporting and analysis to enable the business to take an evidence-based approach to everything they do.

Their ultimatepurpose is to support the RCOT mission to provide value adding service and product to the profession, increasing membership, and influencing the health sector towards the profession.
Description
As the Senior Data Analyst, you'll take a lead in shaping the collection, management and use of RCOT's data and providing regular reporting and analysis to enable the business to take an evidence-based approach to everything they do.
- Work with staff across the business to ensure that data is collected, managed, and used in a way that improves the quality of RCOT's understanding and decisions.
- Produce informative, accurate and relevant MI, operational and analytical reports as part of an established performance cycle, including for SLT.
- Work with staff to improve the collection and management of data including advising on systems and processes to store and manage that data and reducing the use of spreadsheets.
- Provide analysis and insight reports on issues of interest to the business
- Undertake research and analysis to support project delivery.
- Work to create and promote a culture of data curiosity including helping managers and teams to understand how to use data to drive decision making
- Manage RCOT's performance reporting systems
- Support the delivery and embedding of RCOT's EOS model.
- To carry out any other duties including ad hoc projects as may reasonably be requested in pursuance of the post.
Profile
Ability to build relationships with staff across the business and act as a trusted advisor including to SLT.
Able to undertake complex analysis and present data in an engaging way to a range of audiences.
Significant knowledge of MS Excel including using complex formulas
Excellent numeracy, written, verbal and presenting skills
Highly developed and confident interpersonal skills
Possess enthusiasm to live and model our values across all areas of work.
Hold a passion for embedding environmental sustainability principles across all areas of work, including equity, diversity and belonging.
