Administration Assistant Required
Location:
- Bromley, Kent.
Salary - Negotiable dependant on experience.
Holidays:
- 28 days inc Bank Holidays
Full Time - Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8.30am pm - 1 hour lunch break.
We currently operate within the Engineering and Construction sector UK Wide and due to expansion we are looking to add an
Administration Assistant to our admin team with opportunities for progression and advancement.
Job Role - Administration Assistant
- Complete CV Structuring and formatting.
- Answering incoming calls and transferring to relevant department.
- Supporting Office Manager and Payroll when required.
- Collating Timesheets and updating payroll reports when required.
Skills Required - Administration Assistant:
- Good Telephone Manner
- Able to Communicate with internal teams.
- Work under time constraints and deadlines.
- Learn new processes and want to expand knowledge.
- If you have worked within recruitment before this is advantagous but not essential.
- References Required.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 30 months
Salary:
£15,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
