Due to another year on year performance and further expansion, our client have a brand new opportunity available for an Management Accountant to join their Financeteam.

This position offers fantastic progression, hybrid working, ACCA/CIMA study support and is salaried up to £40,000.

This position offers fantastic progression, hybrid working, ACCA/CIMA study support and is salaried up to £40,000.

Description
Reporting into the Financial Controller, this position will be successfully responsible for the smooth running of the monthly management accounts such as Prepayments, Balance Sheet Recs and Accruals etc

Alongside this will be the essential monthly reporting such as variance analysis with the scope to influence the financial projects to streamline and improve any processes you see fit.

You will also contribute and support the wider finance team when needed such as VAT returns, Statutory Accounts and reviewing the ledger for example.

Profile

Ideally ACA, ACCA or CIMA part qualified
Open to anyone minimum AAT Level 4 and 'Qualified by Experienced'
Experience of Monthly Management Accounts such as Accruals, Balance Sheets, Prepayments, Journal postings etc.
Knowledge of PNL & Variance Analysis
Confident with Excel such as Vlookup and Pivot Tables
Desirable software skills of SAP or COGNOS but not essential
Eye for detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
