Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Junior Pilot Recruiter to join Europe's Largest Airline Group in our Stansted Offices


The Role:


We have a very exciting opportunity for a recruiter to come on board and join our busy Pilot Recruitment team, as we look to expand our aircraft fleet to over 600 a/c and hire 1000's of new pilots over the next few years.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent HR or Business grad to kick start their career in Recruitment.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Organise and conduct Pilot Assessments in various locations across Europe
  • Organise and attend pilot roadshows and networking events
  • Gather market intelligence and ensure Ryanair is promoted as an employer of choice
  • Work closely with the Ryanair's Flight Operations and Training dept to deliver on agreed targets
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:


  • 1 + years Recruitment or HR experience, _is desirable_
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good organisational and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Efficient at multitasking and highly organized.
