Description

Job responsibilities would include:


  • Detailfocused document organizing and checking abilities.
  • Ability to understand and follow process.
  • Work closely with document control team to deliver work to the project milestones.
  • Ensuring all documentation meets formal QA requirements to our internal and client standards.
  • Sorting, storing and recording all project documentation.
  • Conducting regular reviews and document audits of document control records.
  • Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records.
  • Assisting employees with accessing documents through our document management systems.
  • Timeoriented approach to handling queries and tasks.
