Description

We are searching for an experienced Finance systems lead who will work across the National Finance Office and IT to bridge the gap and drive projects to delivery.

Overall job purpose

Contribute to the delivery of progressive, forward thinking solutions that align to the firms' digital strategy
Able to influence with an indepth knowledge of accounting systems and requirements
Lead and coordinate the preparation of detailed IT ready scoping requirements
Manage relationships of Finance based software providers
Provide technical support to IT architects and Business analysts
Represent finance in crossfunctional project teams

Minimum Qualifications

Person characteristics

Some experience in a similar role
Excellent Communicator, and stakeholder management skills
Advanced Excel modelling skills
Experience in the design and implementation of Power BI, Power Apps, RPA, SQL, SAP, Great Plains, Concur
Knowledge or IT Architecture
PRINCE 2 or Six Sigma qualification
High levels of initiative and selfmotivation and understands the impact on stakeholders
Comfortable working in a high paced commercial environment with strict deadlines
Can do attitude and happy to get stuck in
Is proactive in setting up and engaging those around them positively in team building activities
Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, with internal and external stakeholders
