We are working with a well-known Training Provider who deliver highly engaging, intensive and motivational courses to young people who are struggling with their GCSEs.


Your role will be to work on the courses, leading the classroom by being as engaging and fun as possible, working with students who need support and confidence to help them retain attention where it may be lacking.


We are currently recruiting all over the North region of England.

Duties:


  • Building rapport with our learners
  • Motivating and building confidence in learners
  • Working as part of a team
  • Supporting learners with their work
  • Supports the Lead Trainor in a teaching assistant type role
  • Staying alert and attentive to learners' needs at all times
  • Drawing out ideas and starting discussions when learners go to task

Requirements:

- _An enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain_
- _Willing to travel up to 30 minutes either via own transport or public_
- _Similar experience_
- _Be registered as Self-Employed or willing to register as Self-Employed_

Salary:
£75.00 per day
